Full Root-level Access
What is "Full Rool-level Access"? Does it actually supply you with complete & full control over a hosting server?
Having full root-level access means that you will be able to access and modify any file on a particular server, in addition to all the system files, and to change system settings or set up server-side software which may be necessary for certain scripts and even offline apps in order to function efficiently. A server is accessed at the root level via a root user, who has full privileges to do all the abovementioned tasks. The root user can also generate other users. For security reasons, you are advised to have one more account for everyday tasks and to use the root account only if you actually need to do a task on the server. The root-level access feature provides you with full control over your server from almost any location, given that you know the user credentials.

Full Root-level Access in Dedicated Hosting
If you select the cPanel hosting Control Panel, you'll have full root access to your new
dedicated server, no matter which of our plans you'll choose during the signup process. The very same is valid when you decide not to use a Control Panel at all. All of our servers will provide you with the chance to run both very resource-demanding apps that are too heavy for a shared web hosting account and applications that have particular requirements as to what the program environment on the server should be. The latter is something that cannot be achieved on a shared machine, as no server-side software can be installed on it. The difference between the abovementioned choices is that without a Control Panel, server management can be done only through a console, while if you obtain cPanel, the majority of system settings as well as your web content will be controlled through a graphical interface. If you select Hepsia, which is the last Control Panel option on the order page, you'll have a server with restricted root access.
